How to get to us

Naturally, you’ll want to plan your journey in good time to remove any potential stress, so here’s a quick reminder of how to get to us.
We can be found at 4 Market Buildings on the High Road in Swaythling, Southampton (postcode SO16 2HW). If you’re coming by car, we’re easy to find, since we’re just off Junction 14 of the M3. We’re also a mere five-minute taxi drive from Southampton Airport Parkway.
But if you’re coming to us by train, the nearest train station is Swaythling, a five-minute walk from the clinic.
Swaythling is barely three miles from central Southampton and there are regular trains all day, with the journey lasting some 10 minutes, while the area is also well served by buses. A cab from town typically costs around £10.
If you’re wondering where to park, rest assured, as we have plenty of places to park right outside the clinic door which is free!

What to do locally in Southampton

If you’re combining your trip with exploring the local area while you’re down this way, you’re in luck. Given how close we are to Southampton’s city centre, you’ll find plenty to do here.
Boasting one of the world’s biggest natural harbours, this port town really is a shopper’s paradise – the Westquay centre alone has dozens of shops including many big-name brands including the brand-new Flannels store. (And it’s just three miles or 10 minutes from us.)
You could also venture into the New Forest, cross the Solent to the Isle of Wight, or enjoy green spaces like Southampton Common. If you prefer a spot of culture, check out events such as the city’s international film festival.
Meanwhile the SeaCity Museum features an interactive Titanic model; the liner of course sailed from here in 1912. Other cultural highlights include the Mayflower Theatre, the art gallery and Solent Sky Museum, displaying vintage aircraft.
Finally, the Grade I Tudor House and Garden in Southampton’s Old Town showcases more than eight centuries of history.

More widely in Hampshire, there’s Itchen Valley Country Park, Peppa Pig World, the Watercress Railway Line and Beaulieu stately home and gardens. So you should easily find something new to enjoy within a reasonable distance of Rejuvenate Aesthetics Clinic.
We’re always happy to provide information on our immediate area and travel arrangements for getting here, we can also recommend taxi firms if you need them.
Give us a call to find out more, we’re always happy to help!
