At the time of writing, a gradual easing of the Covid-19 restrictions in England means that, as of late January, face coverings are no longer mandatory in public spaces. And ‘Plan B’ measures covering compulsory masks in indoor public venues, and the need to show vaccination status in places like nightclubs, expire on March 24, although this date could be brought forward.
However, as of January 26, the New Scientist was reporting that around 1 in 23 people in England were infected with the Omicron variant, indicating infection levels remain high nationally. Other figures suggest that rates are rising, among older people and school-age children in particular.

Continuing to take client safety seriously
At Rejuvenate, client and staff safety is always our absolute top priority and it is important to us that patients feel 100% safe when they visit the clinic.
Our safety measures will remain in place and all staff with continue to wear face coverings for the foreseeable future given the ongoing high rates of the coronavirus, despite the national easing of restrictions. We want to play our part in ensuring that everyone stays safe and to avoid the spread of infections.
We train our staff and update our Covid protocols regularly. We will also continue to do our bit with regular and thorough cleaning of the clinic to ensure our high standards are maintained with regards to infection prevention.
We are asking everyone to work with us to help us provide you with the best and safest possible service:
- Please wear a face mask when you are on our premises – we’re also asking all our staff to do the same.
- Ideally, if at all possible, we’d like you to have a Lateral Flow Test (LFT) within 24 hours of each visit.
- Please touch and handle things on our premises as little as possible, to lessen the potential for cross-contamination.
- While social distancing is no longer an absolute requirement, please respect personal space during your appointment.
- We know friends and family can offer invaluable support, especially to patients who may be feeling a little nervous ahead of their treatment. But, for the sake of everyone’s health, at the moment we’re asking people to attend appointments alone.
- Please try not to bring excess items into the clinic as these could potentially carry the virus – just bring what you need with you.
- Finally, it goes without saying, please cancel your appointment if you have experienced any of the symptoms of Covid-19. If in doubt, please cancel or rearrange rather than taking the chance, we honestly do not mind at all and will do all we can to accommodate.
We certainly hope not to have these protocols in place for ever – but, for now at least, they’re very much needed. We are grateful to our clients for following them as we continue to bring you the high-quality treatments we know you all love.
